Top und hop
Top - Ausgangslage für viele Wanderungen / Ausflüge Hop - direkt an einer Durchgangsstrasse, durch Teilsperrung der B10 enormes Verkehrsaufkommen und sehr laut Top - Bad sehr geräumig und hell mit großzügiger Duschkabine, Badewanne... Hop - beworbene Sauna kostet 25 Euro pro Einschaltung, dies erfuhren wir erst nach voller Bezahlung Top - Küchenausstattung mit Gasherd Hop - Kaum Arbeitsflächen und trotz diverser Zuschaltmöglichkeiten zu wenig Licht. Die Küche/ der Essplatz ist gleichzeitig Eingangsbereich und dadurch zusätzlich beengt Top - der Fernseher, die Literatur, die vielen CDs Hop - das viel gepriesene Chaiselongue ist durchgesessen und das Sofa zu weit vom Fernseher entfernt und auch nicht gerade bequem Top - das Schlafzimmer, wenn Mensch Nostalgie mag Top - die vielen Zeichnungen, Accessoires und lauschigen Plätze Hop - der Teich ist so verschleimt, dass einem die Fische erbarmen, die von uns gefuttert werden sollten Top - die vielen nützlichen Kleinigkeiten, die gefunden werden von dem der sie braucht und sucht... (Steckleisten, Kerzen, Klebeband, Batterien für die Fernbedienung, Hammer, Wattestäbchen, Decken, Stuhlauflagen und vieles mehr) Hop - Vor der Eingangstür sind Glastüren verbaut, sie scharren am Holzboden. Wir haben aus Sicherheitsgründen nur den Weg durch das Bad (extra Tür) genommen Top - trotz der hop unser Erholungsfaktor

Wasser im Wein
Das Haus ist ein Fachwerkhaus im Ortskern mit verschiedenen Anbauten. Eigenwillig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Alles sauber. Dekoration halt Geschmacksache. Das Wohnzimmer bisschen muffig und nicht so einladend. Irritierend finde ich die Buchung. Es steht da zwar, dass man optional die Maisonettewohnung dazu buchen kann, aber nicht wie (ja klar, mehr Personen). Mir war vor allem nicht klar, dass wenn ich mit zwei Personen mehr als ein Schlafzimmer nutzen möchte, ich es für einen Aufschlag von weiteren 180 EUR dazu buchen muss. Wer als Paar üblicherweise getrennt schläft, wird hier unliebsam überrascht, wenn bei Buchung für zwei Personen nur ein Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung steht. Der Rest ist nicht zugänglich und der Vermieter nicht sehr flexibel. Der Verweis auf die ausziehbare Wohnzimmercouch als Option fand ich beim Preis für 180 EUR die Nacht wirklich schmal. 180 EUR, auch an Ostern, ist nicht geschenkt und dafür hätte ich beim Mieten eines Hauses auch mehr als ein Schlafzimmer erwartet. Das ist ein fetter Malus und hat den Kurzaufenthalt wirklich vermiest. Blumengiessen, Fische füttern pp sind geschenkt. Preis- Leistung stehen bei diesem Haus mit nur einem Schlafzimmer wirklich nicht im Verhältnis. Das große Bad mit Sauna im Keller ist schön, rechtfertigt aber auch nicht den Preis. Die angeblich durchschn. 120 EUR pro Nacht konnte ich bei Probebuchungen zu verschiedenen Zeiten im Jahr nicht erreichen. Fazit: Nicht nochmal, vor allem nach dem Vermieterkontakt.

Schöner Kurztrip in die Pfalz
Die Unterkunft liegt recht zentral zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Pfalz und Umgebung. Sind zu sechst mit Hund gut untergekommen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sicher auch für lange Aufenthalte geeignet. Generell haben wir uns recht wohl gefühlt. Wir haben leider die Sauna nicht verprobt mangels Unternehmungen. Aber alleine die Möglichkeit…

Very comfortable house
We enjoyed our stay, the village is not to small and not to big. Plenty shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The house is old but because of this it is very charming, but if you are used to all the modern luxeries than it is not for you. The beds/matrasses are very good. This is not always the case in rental vacation homes. There is an outside sitting area which is covered, so even when it is raining you can sit ourside. The sauna is also a very nice plus. All in all, we enjoyed our stay Fam. de Bruijn

Ein schönes, interessantes Haus
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Das Haus ist schön, mit viel Charme. Ein schöner Bonus war die reichhaltige Büchersammlung mit vielen Details zur Region.

Ferienhaus mit ganz individuellem Charme
In dem großzügig ausgestatteten Haus haben wir uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Gerne saßen wir noch abends auf der Terrasse, um uns über unsere Touren in der wunderbaren Umgebung auszutauschen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm und seine Tipps bzgl. Touren, Gastronomie und Winzern waren sehr hilfreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Insgesamt in Ordnung
Es gab Nebenabreden die nicht im Online-Inserat aufgeführt wurden (Fische füttern, Blumen gießen). Der Fernseh hat nicht funktioniert. Der Garten ist Geschmacksache, ziemlich verwiltert. Die Bilder im Inserat sahen besser aus wie vor Ort angetroffen. Einen Föhn konnte ich nicht finden. Das Objekt liegt direkt an der Straße. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, preislich m.E. überhöht.

habitation avec du potentiel, elle demande une modernisation.
maison ancienne, dont les aménagements intérieurs ne sont pas suffisamment adaptés aux conditions modernes d'hébergement. Sauf les sanitaires qui sont bons. Le jardin est réduit et le parking n'est pas intégré dans la propriété (voie publique). les programmes TV sont allemands .

Toller Aufenthalt mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Das Haus ist recht kurios, gerade deswegen haben wir uns darin sehr wohlgefühlt. Vor allem ist die Küche top ausgestattet, für Selbstkocher ein großer Trumph. Besonders zu erwähnen ist aber die riesige überdachte Loggia mit sehr viel Platz zum Spielen, Chillen, Lesen etc. Der Garten ist wirklich äußerst liebevoll angelegt, ein überdachter Gartenteich in einer alten Scheune zählt mit zu den Kuriositäten. Vielleicht sollte man in der Beschreibung deutlich hervorheben, dass es in dem Haus kein Internet/WLan gibt. Mit Heranwachsenden ist das vielleicht etwas schwierig, aber viele Menschen suchen ja genau so etwas für die Ferien zum Abschalten. Außerdem ist das Dorf Queichhambach ein Durchfahrtdorf, deswegen ist es nicht gerade absolut still dort. Für uns waren das nur geringfügige Einschränkungen, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
