What a beautiful and well located property! Loved the beds, the robes, the availability of cappuccino around the area. The jacuzzi was lovely. The staff was incredible! Loved it all. Wish there were more outside seating area though. Otherwise, perfect!

Luxury in the middle of beautiful Antigua

Overal had a great experience. However upon arrival the staff was not very helpful. I'm sure this was because of my appearance. I had spent the day at the local hospital and wanted a nice place to stay after an exhausting day. I wasn't dressed to the nines like most of the guests. And felt this reflected the way the staff treated me. It took awhile for them to get me all situated. The first key they handed me didn't work, when I brought it back they again took awhile. And when they handed me a new key and I made my way to the room, there was someone already in it!!! Imagine that, how scary! As a solo younger female traveler to walk into my room and there already be a man in it. So I apologized to him profusely and made my way back to the front desk. They didn't really apologize and seemed confused themselves. Finally after a few minutes I was on my way to the proper room. And it definitely felt a little like heaven. Everything was perfect inside the room and I ordered room service which was delivered in a jiffy. The bed was extremely comfortable. One of the best nights sleep I've had in awhile! I would recommend this place but also advise to look like you have money in order to be treated fairly upon arrival.
