Loi's 2 Independent villa with sea view and garden

The small villa of about 70sqm consists of an open living room with kitchenette, two twin bedrooms with single beds, a double bedroom, bathroom and a veranda with sea view. A large garden surrounds the house, alternating green spaces with paved areas where it is possible to park 2 cars and motorbikes and where there is a barbecue area.
The house is finely renovated and furnished, and is only 300 m from the sandy cove in front and, about 600 m, from the golden dunes and the beautiful beach of Torre dei Corsari where it is possible to eat a few meals thanks to the two kiosks on the beach.
The house can accommodate 6 people, preferably 4 adults and 2 children

Beautiful accommodation a short walk from the sea
Beautiful accommodation a short walk from the sea. The house and terrace provide privacy, there is minimal traffic on the driveway. We really enjoyed our stay, the host was kind and helpful. The small market was closed in May, for larger purchases it is advisable to go to Terralba for example (about 30 min). The dunes are amazing, we would also recommend taking the car and driving the beaches further south. It is quite possible that you will be there all alone. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Tolles Haus für eine Familie
Wir konnten hier einen schönen Herbsturlaub zu Fünft verbringen. Die Düne mit unendlichem Sandstrand sowie die Bucht zum Schnorcheln konnten wir bei Windstille gut nutzen. Eindrucksvolle Blicke und viele Naturerlebnisse sind möglich. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter und sehr saubere, ordentliche und gepflegte Unterkunft.

wunderschönes Haus und Umgebung
Sehr erholsam und ruhig, da wir im September dort verweilten und dann die Sommerferien in Italien vorbei sind. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig eingerichtet, mit Klimaanlagen, Mückengitter an allen Fenstern und Haustür, perfekt ausgestattete Küche, alles da!! Sogar ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand... Und ein supernetter Gianfranco, der sich um alles kümmert. Der Hausstrand (ca. 400 Meter) ist ein Schnorchelparadies, Badeschuhe wären empfehlenswert und der große Strand auf der anderen Seite mit der riesengroßen Sanddühne ist auch sehr toll. Dort gibt es auch Restaurants und viel, viel Platz. Ein sehr leckeres (und nicht zu teures) Restaurant und ein kleiner, aber feiner Supermarkt in der Nähe ergänzen einen perfekten Urlaub. Ein Mietauto ist natürlich notwendig, da die größeren Geschäfte und Städte sonst nicht zu erreichen sind, aber das gilt wahrscheinlich für ganz Sardinien.

Le descriptif correspond quasi en totalité à l'annonce. Juste une précision est à faire car il existe 2 maisons collées l'une à l'autre et les terrasses sont différentes. La vue reste identique. Nous n'avons donc pas eu la terrasse comme sur la photo avec la balustrade bois ni de transat. Sinon, très propre et fonctionnel.

Top Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub
Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier richtig. Das Haus entspricht genau den Fotos im Inserat, ist mit allen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Dank Insektengittern an allen Fenstern und Türen gibt es auch kaum Probleme mit Mücken im Haus. Die Kommunikation mit dem ausgesprochen netten Eigentümer/Verwalter Gianfranco lief problemlos per WhatsApp und Übersetzung-App. Es gab eine ausführliche Führung durchs Haus, eine Flasche Wasser, Bier und Wein standen schon im Kühlschrank bereit! Auch später wurden alle unsere Fragen in wenigen Minuten per WhatsApp beantwortet. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine draußen hinter dem Haus, Wäscheleinen, eine zusätzliche Außendusche und einen gemauerten Grill. In der Vorsaison Ende Mai war der Ort allerdings nahezu unbewohnt. Es hatten nur 1 Pizzeria und 1 kleiner Supermarkt geöffnet, ansonsten war alles geschlossen. Ein Auto ist daher ein absolutes Muss. Mehrere Supermärkte gibt es z.B. in Terralba (30 Minuten Fahrtzeit). Es gibt 1 kleinen Steinstrand (Badeschuhe!) in der Nähe und 1 top Sandstrand (zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten, mit dem Auto 5 Minuten). Außerdem jede Menge phantastische Strände in der näheren Umgebung. Im Haus gibt es kein WLAN! Allerdings überall einen hervorragenden Internet-Empfang per Handy. Leider gibt es im Haus keinen Sonnenschirm, den man zum Strand mitnehmen könnte. Am Sandstrand kann man Liegen u. Schirm gegen Gebühr mieten - oder man kauft einen Schirm im Supermarkt für ca. 25 €. Insgesamt können wir das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir haben 2 super entspannte Wochen verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus für Erholung
Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in italienischem Stil. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem kleinen und beschaulichen Feriendorf mit tollen Stränden in der Umgebung. Mit dem Auto sind abwechslungsreiche Ausflüge in der Umgebung möglich. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter funktionierte einwandfrei. Vielen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.
