The property couldn’t be better but there was a slight problem with payment. I tried to pay the balance through VRBO when it was due but although card details were repeatedly entered to website the payment did not go through so the balance remained unpaid and was very overdue. The website was not clear on this and the property owners were understandably very concerned

Situation idéale tout à proximité la plage et les commerces. le plus le parking privé on peut oublier la voiture nous avons apprécié la bouilloire et la théière un presse agrumes serait le bienvenu. Location impeccable nous reviendrons sans problème

Hôte très aimable et agence sur place exceptionnelle. l'appartement mériterait un rafraichissement profond . La télévision fonctionne quand elle veut bien . La lumière électrique est insuffisante . Il n'y a aucune indication de tableau électrique pas plus que de coupure d'eau en cas d'inondation. Le séjour reste très agréable dans l'ensemble .Un petit effort et nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour le calme et la vue merveilleuse

Entre fêtes Arcachon
Nous voulions nous reposer en amoureux entre les fêtes dans un bel endroit. Objectif atteint dans un site chargé d’histoire. Emplacement plein centre et appartement très calme. Une rue à traverser pour être sur la plage.

Un bel appartement idéalement situé
A deux pas de la plage dans une magnifique résidence Napoléon III, cet appartement de 50 m2 environ au dernier étage - avec parking (un luxe !) - offre une très jolie vue de côté sur le Bassin depuis le salon et la cuisine. L’appartement est fonctionnel, et il est adapté confortablement pour 4 personnes au maximum (d’ailleurs plutôt un couple et deux enfants puisque la seconde chambre est en lits superposés). Il mériterait par ci par là quelques réparations mineures par le propriétaire car différents éléments sont cassés ou vieillots (prises, lampes, tv…) Procédure d’accueil par l’agence en bas et communication avec le propriétaire au top. Seul bémol : le ménage n’est pas bien fait - sous le lit de la chambre une tonne de poussière et des linges de nettoyage laissés en vrac sur le lit : la prestation de ménage est bâclée. Mais au final une très chouette location de vacances !

En direct sur le bassin d’Arcachon
Très belle résidence en première ligne sur le Bassin à proximité de toutes les commodités, plage, marché, promenade du bord de mer, au centre de la ville sans en avoir les inconvénients car un parking privé est réservé aux locataires ce qui est très important à cet endroit L’appartement a le charme de l’ancien avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour Un seul regret le manque de balcon mais compréhensible quand on voit le bâtiment, à cette époque les bains de soleil n’étaient pas d’actualité. Merci à l’Agence et au propriétaire qui sont tous deux rapidement réactifs
