The facility needs updating. Free breakfast was a joke and the lady seemed really annoyed when we asked for creamer. Had to wait an extra hour to check-in. They blamed Covid. I don't buy that excuse since the parking lot waz empty.

The hotel room had a bad smell and the water pressure for the shower was horrible. Other than that, everything was good!

Worst Web site ever!!!

I had booked a 2 room suite on line on the 12 of March for a 1 night stay for the 17th of March. I had called the Super 8 on the 16th to confirm the reservation and to make sure that I had a 2 room suite and the guy that answered at the hotel confirmed that it was as booked. Well we arrive on the 17th around 5:00 pm in Sulphur, OK to find out that the hotel doesn't have suites they only have doubles and King sizes beds!! The lady at the check in desk told me that wasn't her fault and that the Travelocity Web site miss represented the rooms available. I told her that I needed a suite because there were 6 of us in our party (4 of them kids) she told me to call around in town and see if anyone else had rooms. Of course no one had any rooms at 5:30 on a Friday night!!! Needless to say that all 6 of us stayed in a room with 2 queen size beds!! I will never,never, us this Web site again!!!
