This was the cleanest hotel Ive been to all year. Nice friendly staff as well. I do think these hotels should stop advertising hot breakfast if they still arent doing it due to covid. At check in, the front desk man (really really nice guy) was talking about the breakfast the next morning.....well poor lil guy must not have been told they arent doing it due to covid. It just would be nice to know ahead which amenities are open and which are closed due to covid. I would like to also start seeing the parking cost listed instead of being suprized about that as well

Staff was definitely unfriendly
Well where to begin upon check on the lady at the front desk really didn't give me any information about the hotel basically looked at my ID and handed me my keys and called it a day. At some point at night I had to call the front desk and let them know their ash tray was in fire 1520 minutes later someone came out with a bottle of water.. Upon checkout I said to the front desk I told housekeeping 2 hours ago that I needed a plunger and I was informed that didn't speak English and I should have called the front desk he didn't even hang up his cell phone with his personal call. I did not get a thank you for staying with us nothing I just was flabbergasted deathly not the customer service I expected with the brand of Hotel. Never being greeted and never being thanked as being a customer just makes me feel kind of like a number.. I definitely would have expected that customer service at like an Econo Lodge but then again I've had better service there.
