CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancel  prior to 60 days full refund
From 60 days to 30 days, 50% refund
If cancel within 30 days or less , no refund unless property is booked prior to the original arrival date. If rebooked, full refund less CC fees. Full credit also available if they rebook  for future date with certain dates restricted.(holidays) and within 365 days
