We were surprised to learn that booking through Travelocity penalized our service. Our TV did not work in the room. We asked for some type of compensation at check out and were told nothing could be done through Hilton. We would have to deal directly with Travelocity. Next time we will book directly through Hilton. Crystal at check out was most helpful but said her hands were tied. Elena on the other hand was not helpful at all and chastised us for using a third party. I believe third party bookings help Hilton in the end to fill up the hotel with their easy booking options and good values. Very frustrating.

The room I booked on Travelocity was NOT the room I got. The pic on Travelocity was modern & pretty. The room I had was dark & old looking. I was very disappointed in the room.

The layout was confusing

Pros: Cleanliness of room, location
Location: It is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. It was an easy drive to the Biltmore.
When we first went to the room, there were wet towels outside of neighboring room there were several dirty glasses outside our door when we first entered @ 5pm. We told front desk before we went out to eat & they were still there when we returned 2 hours later! Staff make excellent recommendation for dinner.
