We were trying to get our three year old to bed. It was 9:30pm, she was crying because she was off her schedule since we were traveling all day. We then receive a knock at the door by the front desk staff saying that they have a 10pm quiet time and if we don’t get her quiet, we will be kicked out of the hotel. We repeatedly told her, she’s three, and she kept coming back with, sorry, but we do have the right to kick you out. We were up all night long calming her if she cried because we were in fear of being kicked out. I have never been so upset with a hotel company. There was no empathy.

Look elsewhere.

Pros: The price
Cons: Just about everything. The breakfast is a lie.
I paid for a room with internet, TV, breakfast and a good nights sleep. I received non of the above. The Internet went out within 20 minutes of being there. The breakfast is bad coffee and packet oatmeal with cold water (yea that's it). the TV was out and the fire alarm went off at 1:00 am and was not turned off until the next morning. The smell of the cleaners they use is horrid.

Dennis, please accept our apology for not living up to your expectations during your visit. We regret that you were not happy with our complimentary grab-and-go breakfast offerings and for the odor issue you experienced in your room. We have asked our housekeeping staff to make sure this room receives a deep clean to remove the smell. Your feedback is valuable as it will help us improve our facilities moving forward. We hope to have the opportunity to make it up to you at a future date.  Sincerely, Hotel Management

Worst hotel we ever stayed!

Pros: Sorry to say but nothing!
Cons: I don't know where to begin.
Location: Location is fine and quite few restaurants are there.
Hotel room odor was awful and dusty and dirty. We had to turned on fan all day and night. The complimentary breakfast had very very few choices no hot foods. Many peoples smoking right outside of entrance.

Horrible

I WISH I could have gotten at least some money back. It wreaked of weed. I'm pregnant and have an almost 2 year old, so that's a no no. Let's talk about the room - at first I was like hm this is nice. WRONG. There were like 9 channels on the tv. That sucks haha. Then I started unpacking. Bugs all over the counter. The AC unit. The window sill. THE BED. I checked in around 5-530 and I was out of there by 9. I wasn't even there 5 hours. Then, I went to turn my keys into front desk. Myself and another group were waiting for around 15 mins for someone to help us. No one was behind the counter. So I called the hotel TWICE with no answer. Absolutely horrible and a waste of money. Never again.

Clean yet tired

The extended stay in Asheville, North Carolina was clean yet with no frills; no hair dryer, no unpackaged breakfast food. The rear exterior door (next to our room) did not lock; so security wise, it was not safe. A pick-up truck remained parked thru the night outside our room window with a man asleep in it- There was no one at the desk to answer questions or concerns. In the morning, again there was no one to turn our keys into or to check our bill. We found this to be low budget, clean and acceptable if you are never in your room- we took our valuables with us when we left!

Stephen at the front desk is horrible.

My friends stayed here. The breakfast bar was closed down 1/2 hr early. When asked about why it was closed down early and could they please get some food, Stephen the front desk guy got belligerent and called the police saying he "didn't feel safe". My friends are over 50, pacifists, and very sweet people with grandchildren who are not about to cause trouble. Needless to say the police came and kind of laughed it off, but Stephen, calling the police on customers who only asked where the breakfast was? Really? That's the definition of insanity right there.  They need to hire someone else!
