Liked the view and proximity to downtown Asheville. Room was clean. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was average. Difficult to sleep one of the nights we stayed because guests in three nearby rooms were partying and refused to quiet down despite hotels efforts.

Upon arrival staff tried to give me a room of lesser quality than the one I booked and paid for through your service. Receptionist was rude, unprofessional, snarky and mean...probably should not be working in hospitality. Receptionist Totally trashed booking through your site. Sounded like they gave/sold my room to someone else...and tried to put me in something less than what I booked.
