Clean quiet getaway
Perfect spot for couples. Well stocked kitchen with coffee and creamer already there. High quality linens and comfy mattress. Smart TV and decent wifi. Propane fireplace on porch (out of propane) but I am sure it would have been remedied quickly had we used it. Two grills available and location was great. Would recommend.

Rural, peaceful views yet conveniently located near I-26 exits to Asheville attractions
We thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend others to rent this conveniently located Asheville tiny round house type of rental unit with helpful and responsive hosts. We were impressed with the thoughtfulness behind the many amenities provided inside the unit and also on the covered areas of the deck. An example is the host providing cut up wood and also charcoal for grills in case we decide to cook on the grills . We enjoyed how the rental units are situated far enough from each other to offer privacy while se sat under the deck being rejuvenated by the serenity of the rural nature views. The raised wooden planter on the deck for live flowering plants gaave homey feel to the vacation The rental units was easy to locate using the host's helpful tips. We liked using the near by large Ingle's grocery store as well as having a short distance to drive to the very impressive NC State Arboretum. We had a very pleasant excursion to the nearby Western NC State Farmer's Market. We didn't have enough time to visit the many areas to sightsee at the Biltmore Estate.but did take a ride to downtown Asheville see some of the 1920's era Art Deco style buildings. We thoroughly enjoyed staying and highly recommend

Bad Check In Information = Bad Trip
We booked this property and showed up to this apartment on May 20, 2022 as email instructions told us to do. The information sent to us was wrong. Said the key would be in the door instead there was a lock box. We were not given a code so we couldn't get in. Called and texted the telephone number in the listing in the Vrbo app several times. No answer. Sat outside the apartment waiting for a call back. It never came. Since we had to place to stay we had to go to a hotel. Finally contacted the owner the next day. It was their error. We asked for a refund. We got an apology and was promised a reimbursement for one night. It's a month later. No reimbursement. Owner will not respond to our last two messages sent through the Vrbo portal. Bad experience. Buyer beware.

Easy as pie…
The instructions, directions and property were perfect. We did not see or meet the owners. But we checked in/out and had an enjoyable time in between. This place was small but was thoughtfully laid out and appointed. It was perfect for us. We’ll be back. Thanks.

Would stay again!
Great location to Asheville and surrounding area. Very clean and the owner has thought of everything to make this unit very comfortable. It is small but it's bright and nicely furnished The patio creates an extra space and has a relaxing view . A great way to unwind after a busy day of doing vacation stuff.
