At first glance this hotel is spotless and modern and the staff are all so friendly, we thought we'd found a gem. It took us a while to find the parking as no directions on booking confirmation or website - off George Street. Sadly it was the worst night sleep we'd had in a long time. The pillows were nice but the matress was rock hard and they put a king size duvet inside a queen size duvet cover, on a queen size bed. The room had such a clinical smell you could taste it and the windows didn't open, nor did the extractor in the bathroom work. The breakfast was poor quality and we're glad we didn't pay extra for it. The staff in the morning smothered people a little bit too which was offputting. Sadly wouldn't return.
