Luxury Cottage Near Atascadero Lake

Our cottage is a stand alone dwelling, there are no shared walls with any other buildings. It is very comfortable with top quality furniture, mattress and finishes. There is a queen size memory foam air mattress for use if there are more than two people staying. Cottage is located on a quiet park like setting lot within walking distance to Atascadero Lake Park and Charles Paddock Zoo. Our property is situated in a desirable neighborhood and shaded by numerous large oak trees.

Awesome stay

This was everything advertised and more. We stayed here for a wedding and added a day for wine tasting. Coming and going from here was a breeze and the Soderin's are wonderful. They had beverages waiting for us and checked in on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed/wanted. Do not hesitate to book this place!!!

Loved this cottage, and it’s location. Nice lake to walk around and very quiet neighborhood. Lisa was an amazing host, welcoming and friendly. Responded immediately with any questions or requests, highly recommended.

decided to try B&B versus a hotel.
Was very happy to stay here instead of a hotel for pretty much the same price if not cheaper . We had a very nice stay. property was very cute and comfortable. The lake was right there if you like walking or jogging. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely in Atascadero
Hubby and I needed a place to relax to break up a long road trip from Northern CA to SoCal. Eric & Lisa’s cottage exceeded our expectations. Cute, peaceful in a lovely walkable neighborhood. We enjoyed a relaxing stroll around Atascadero Lake. You have to go if you stay at the cottage. The hosts provided recommendations for food and even advice for how to avoid traffic during an event in town. We’re already planning on coming back and making this cozy cottage a regular stop over during our road trips. Thanks Eric & Lisa for everything!

Lovely Space
We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It had everything we needed and is located in a beautiful area. The hosts were very responsive and checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Check in process was a breeze and they left the lights on for us, as we were getting there late. Love how the space is decorated, really enjoyed spending my husband’s birthday here.

Great Location to Explore California's Central Coast
We had a super time exploring the Central Coast - from wine tasting to beaches to the Hearst Castle. It is located in a QUIET residential neighborhood just over a block from a beautiful park with a small lake. Their cottage is furnished very tastefully with an amply stocked kitchen for light meal prep/cooking. It has nice amenities and little decorating touches and is exactly as it appears in the photos. Lisa and Eric responded immediately to texts and gave useful suggestions for restaurants, driving directions and times, etc. There is no cable TV, but Eric came to our rescue and rigged a good old rabbit ears antenna which gave us access to the local NBC affiliate and a few other stations. We would definitely stay here again and do more exploring because their is so much to do in this area
