Loved all the facilities, was a little disappointing that they were not all available at the time of our stay however was understandable since the time of year. One thing that must be noted, this place does not have an indoor pool in the traditional sense. Rather it is a spa pool and youngsters are to necessarily welcome. although he hotel did make accommodations for us to use it at certain times with the kids. However if you are booking this to have access to the pool with the kids be aware that that ay not happen.

This is a beautiful hotel. The outdoors are very pretty and lots to do (pool activities). However, I had an incident at the pool were I caught two girls with my sunglasses in hands (I want to believe they were not going to steal them). I didn’t see their parents and they kind of disappeared so I don’t know if they were staying at the hotel or came from the beach area. Also, I scheduled transportation from the airport. Our bags were the last ones to came out, so either the driver didn’t wait for us or never showed up. During check in they asked for my passport. For some reason they didn’t return it to me and I didn’t realize. That night (8hours later) as I was packing I found out my passport was missing. We looked everywhere. We called the reception and they said it was there. I went to pick up and questionioned them why I was not notified. Their response was we had a do not disturbed sign up. However, they delivered a plate of fruits we didn’t order and the guy knocked so much my friend had to get out of the shower to answer since I was at the spa. They didn’t think about leaving a voicemail either. Another issue, We talked twice to the reception and told we were going to need transportation to the airport. They said to show up in the morning by 7:30am in our departure day to schedule. Well, that’s exactly what we did but they told us the shuttle was full so we ended up paying more for a taxi. Again, it is a beautiful property. Breakfast is included and is great.
