Hot tub didn't work
Overall, it was fine. Clean and spacious. But the hot tub didn't work which really sucked!! I understand they may not have been aware at first depending on whether the last renters used the hot tub or not. So I called and texted the office and they said they would send someone out in the morning. Totally fine. But whoever was sent didn't fix it and I contacted them about it and they said they would send someone in the morning again. No one showed up in the morning so I contacted them again. They said the owner would show up after he ate dinner. So at this point it is dark and the owner says he can fix it, but not when its dark because he can't see. Hmm.... This was a bad experience because we spent a lot of time researching to find a place close to the trails that accepted dogs and had a hot tub. Big fail which is sad.

Nelsonville Victorian
House was spacious and clean. A really neat older house. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable Hot tub was a little more like a warm tub, but we still enjoyed. They were working on the street in front so it was a little noisy first thing in the morning, but that wasn't the owner's fault. We were out most of the day. Pretty convenient to the caves.

Great space and close to Hocking hills
The house was older, but lots of room for our party. The location was close to Hocking Hills and we found some great places to eat: Rhapsody and pizza close by. We wish there was a second shower with the large house and the hot tube was not clean and we didn't use which was disappointing due to all the hiking we did. The yard was a bit overgrown, we had to move the fire pit to the driveway as it was too long. Other than that we would return and enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place
This place was a beautiful property. Old Victorian home and the extremely clean upon check in. Hot tub and pup friendly was amazing as well! Cool little town and the owners were fantastic and accommodating. Will stay again for sure.

Beautiful old style house. Very spacious and comfortable.
We had a great stay. If we had any issues we called and it was taken care of immediately. Would definitely stay again.
