Renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath/sleeper sofa (sleeps 6) house located in Normaltown. Two miles from downtown Athens, GA. perfectly located. One bedroom with queen size bed, second bedroom with another queen size bed and living/den room with queen pullout sofa. Full kitchen and living room with TV and WIFI provided. Just completed a full renovation of primary bathroom. Huge deck out back which is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Outdoor fireplace also.

The location is just perfect. Minutes away from Downtown, Bottleworks on Prince Avenue, Normaltown, and Sanford Stadium. So many restaurants and bars featuring Thousand Faces coffee and Jittery Joe's Roasters, Automatic Pizza, Wing House Grill, Agua Linda, Normal Bar, Hi-Lo, Old Pal, Square One Fish Co, Marti's At Midday, SeaBear Oyster Bar, Taqueria Del Sol, Hendershot's Coffee & Bar, Flying Biscuit and Athentic Brewing Company.

Amazing home and property manager....
Precious home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Property manager was awesome. Home is older but they have it so nice and clean. They were fine with us leaving a little after lunch on Sunday. That made the weekend!! We would certainly stay here again.

Perfect for game weekend!
Everything was great! Only thing I would prefer is a king bed in the large room and the ability to watch sports channels on tv. Other than that it’s a great house for 2 couples.

House was just as it seems--small but comfy, clean, and cute. We managed to cook a nice meal in the kitchen, it was close to everything, and the master bed was really nice. Hosts were very responsive and not intrusive. Recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting for parent’s weekend. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-In/out was easy and problem free. The hosts were easy to communicate with…having water in the refrigerator and coffee pods available were very nice touches! Thank you!

Awesome! Centrally located! Comfortable!
The host is easy to reach and quick to respond. The property is located in a nice quiet area, but central to Classic Center, shopping, and great eateries. Even the botanical garden is less than 15 minutes away. Very large back yard with brick grill. Loved relaxing on the huge back porch in the morning (extremely peaceful). It's a very comfort, very clean, private home-away- from kind of place. I highly recommend this property if you need to stay in Athens. You won't be disappointed.
