I didn’t like that I paid $43 more to Travelocity than the hotel charged for the room. I didn’t like that I got no receipt when I checked out jog the hotel. I didn’t like that the desk clerk took my reservation information that I had printed out and did not return it.

We billed them at our negotiated rate and will be paid by Travelocity for the room you occupied. I'm sorry if this process was not what you expected, but it is our normal process when working with Expedia, Travelocity, etc.Please reach out to us if there is anything else we can do to address your concerns.Bill

Our room was a little small but clean and the the hotel itself was very nice! The complimentary breakfast was amazing!

While you gave us a perfect rating I know from you comments that you experienced a couple of issues during your stay. As we switched from one cable provider to another, we experienced unexpected technical difficulties that impacted our guests experiences; I hope you addressed this with the front desk as they were prepared to make the appropriate adjustments to compensate for this inconvenience, if not, please reach out to us and we would be happy to make those adjustments for you. I apologize for the issue with the bathroom fan, sometimes they run so quietly you do not know that they run 24 hrs. per day. I will have maintenance verify that all are working properly. Thank you for staying with us and I hope we've earned the opportunity to serve you again when you travels bring you back to UGA and Athens to experience a problem free stay. Go dawgs! Bill
