The hotel is definitely unique in its architecture; however an aspect that was missed in some upgrades was some sound proofing. We could hear the guests above us walking around, quite loudly, and talking. They were not being rowdy, per se, but the noise level was quite loud making it very difficult to sleep.

An old property but refurbished and now a delightful bed and breakfast. No free breakfast. No parking available and $30.00 charged for valet plus another ten dollars minimum if you tip drivers. Also, a hidden 7.00 plus tax charge by the city. Well located, clean, well maintained, nice fire and outside sit around. Lot of street noise if on the front. USA newspaper available during week. Workers are very nice and helpful.

I thought everything was great and couldn't be better. It's in the best part of Atlanta. Only a moment for Ansley Park with it's beautiful houses and viberiant Piedmont Park. We really enjoyed the Bar. The Bartender Leah was most definitely a pro. The only drawback is the $30.00 per day valet parking. Surely they could maintain the same one person per shift on duty and reduce the parking cost for patrons.

Property next to construction making late afternoon and morning very loud. Also rooms to corridor were loud too
