The property needs to upgrade severely there were no clean towels the staff is a knowledgeable about facility the parking situation needs to be clear and less expensive than you would pay on weekend the Breakfast staff was on point and very helpful

The majority of staff(long time employees) were amazing individuals. Conditions of the building, rooms leaves a lot to be desired. Truly appears ownership has no care to upgrade or attempt to compete for even blue collar dollars. The building is virtually in disrepair. I had to switch rooms 3 times for a two night stay. The last room we stayed in will eventually lead to someone’s demise...balcony banisters are Extremely dangerous, and barely attached. I could not use the word secured, as I saw sheet metal screws used in areas where tap cons are absolutely necessary. I will no longer trust Travelocity for suggestions, and hope this post leads to a closure or at least a complete inspection by code enforcement. I suspect ownership does not care, but the staff should be valued.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. When we went to the front desk we were told “The cleaning staff is gone for the day but I can give you fresh towels”. We had no hot water in our first room and when we called the front desk they sent a guy up with a steak knife. Not sure what he was going to do with that. They gave us a different room and the shower had someone else’s hair stuck to the wall from the previous customer. Not impressed at all

I didnt like having try letting myself out the parking garage which seemed locked from all angles. which probably should be open at 9 in the morning.

Location was within walking distance of the convention we were attending. Air conditioning did not work very well. Hotel is dated and could use some work. Very dusty and some mold. Staff was friendly and checking in and out was easy.

I liked having breakfast. I liked proximity of the hotel to the Market. The air didn't seem to cool enough, but I realized our curtain was open and the sun had been bearing down on the room. Till evening when we returned it was comfortable, just not cold enough.
