This is one of the worst, kept dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. The closet has no doors. There are noisy, drunk people in the hallways on the first floor. This hotel is a disaster, I would like a refund please. There is no signage visible from the car to let you know the lobby is closed and you have to go to the side door to check in. I have several pictures of the nasty room that I had to sleep in because my plane was late and I just don’t have time to get another hotel tonight. I pray to God I don’t get bedbugs from this place.

Place was severely run down. Supposedly under renovation which made conditions worse. Dusty. Everything was out of order including 2 of 3 elevators- no ice machines working. TV and phone in the room did not work. No carpet in the room. To nasty to stay and they wouldn't give me a refund. The place looks NOTHING like it does in the photos- disgusting.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The staff dont know how to check in guests quickly. The whole hotel smells and stinks.

They were very friendly, very clean, and the beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable, the comforter and pillows were perfect! Definitely enjoyed the stay, for how cheap the price was i was concerned but definitely 5 stars!

Saying that there was a car parking charge, when told that we have no car, hotel said that they would wave said charge at checkout. Day of check out was then told it was a resort fee. Then not given a receipt at check out. Told my receipt would be on my statement. Total fraud charge. And would like my deposit back. Never again will we stay there!!!
