awesome

Pros: Location, Staff, Rooms, can't wait until the remodeling starts and be completed will be even the best place ever.
Cons: not a thing!!!!!
Location: What can I say it is located near food, pharmacy,stores and family.
Staff was great, place great, location even better. Will stay there every time we are in Atlanta!

Disrepair and neglect

Made a reservation for myself and 2 children. Requested rollaway in room. Arrived late due to weather, given room with no rollaway and only 1 working light. Called desk, took 20 minutes to get new room next door. Carpet dirty, faucet on sink broken, still no rollaway. Now too late to do anything about it, so 2 kids in one double bed. Bedding highly perfumed and caused hives on me. Laid out towels on top of bedding so kids would not have same reaction. Found only 2 bath towels and 2 bath cloths, with 3 registered guests in the room. Also, heads up for those with kids- NO TUBS in this hotel. Will not be returning.

Nice Hotel

Pros: close to hwy 400
Just overnight for a wedding but quite comfortable, good bed, plenty of hot water, ice was close plus two warm cookies when we checked in

Clean, good location. That's it...

Pros: Quiet
Cons: rude staff
Desk attendant was rude and obnoxious. Would stay somewhere else next time. Not up to Doubletree standards that I am used to.

Very clean and wonderfully nice front desk personnel

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
I was greeted with not one but two warm cookies at check in. The front desk personnel greeted me by name every time I entered the hotel.

YTB TRAVEL

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at for the price. There cookies are the best and the room was great (bed).
