the reason we wanted this one was because of the indoor pool. But the Pool looked really dirty. room was ok needed little updating. bathtub little moldy all around and the pad was very moldy. People that worked there very nice. and still did not get my receipt.

Our stay was fine. The hotel is in a great location.Room is spacious. It was organized and clean.The staff are cordial.Unfortunately, we didn’t get the room I purchased online. I was told that the hotel is full booked and instead we were given another room. I tried calling Travelocity from the number printed on the itinerary and got only a voicemail. I have no choice but to accept the offer being late in the night and we’re tired due to long distance travel. It was noisy that evening. It was passed midnight. It was coming from the lounge area. We stayed and didn’t want any hassle.

I stay at this location often when I travel to Alpharetta. They welcome me and my fur baby with enthusiasm each time and always go above and beyond to insure our stay is awesome! Norman who seems to be working the desk when I visit makes me feel at home!

We asked for more shampoo and towels last night. More towels did eventually come, but no shampoo. We requested again this morning, but still none delivered. Guess we won’t be getting everyone’s hair washed
