My trip was to see baseball game saturday and sunday.Got there early, told me check in at 3 pm. No problem to go and wash the game, come back you will have a room. Back to hotel no room available. Drive back home. Were to stay?

Cleanliness was an issue.. No ice machine. No dishes glasses or anything to purchased ice in-had to stop and ask for cups and glasses at desk-no ice trays in freezer-remote didnt work-said they would bring one-they didn't-property dirty around outside-staff generally not helpful or particularly nice-came across as lazy

I booked two rooms...one room has roaches,lights barely work,water faucet doesn’t properly work in bathroom, room phone doesn’t work as well. My second room has sitting water as if the tub is clogged up as my children and I showered. Old room phone that didn’t work and missing almost all of the buttons off of it. Rooms smell like smoke and booked non-smoking rooms.
