When I arrived I found out they did NOT have a room! despite me having a reservation! no one apologized! it was horrible: I had 2 small children and after the lady behind the counter (she never told me her name) called 5 hotels, we were placed in a hotel that was quite scary: room smelled of smoke - holes in bathroom door likely from someone punching them, no metal supports on the sofabed - no dishes or cutlery in kitchen - no trash collection, our room wasn't cleaned daily

Didn't like the fact they didn't have a room for us! Told us they would comp us. Haven't received a dime since we left!

This property needs renovating. It is not well kept up and it was not clean. The stove was old the elevator was dirty. The only good thing about it is it's in a great area of town.
