When we arrived we had been traveling for 13 hours. We were exhausted. The lady at the check in desk let me know the computers had gone down. I almost started to cry I was so overtired. She jumped into action and took my ID and credit card I used to book the room and managed to look up my booking and get me checked in manually. We were very grateful. The elevators are slow and make some kind of scary sounds. The room felt clean enough but was dated and worn. The ac fan was really noisy and made it hard to sleep cutting off and on all night. It’s a shame the building doesn’t match the customer service. Side note check out Puttshack. Really cool and fun. Make reservations online and go for the 2nd game - they’re only 9 holes. Food was good too.

I booked a room with Both Tub, but room has not both tub. When I booked a room, information says room has both tub and reservation mail also says room has both tub. hotel lady didn't change room for me I need money back and credit back for that stay

I do not recommend this location.

We checked in late. The person working the night desk was not friendly or informative. This is an older hotel & not well maintained. Furniture in the room was damaged. TV was outdated. Elevators needed maintenence. Walls were paper thin. The guests in the room next door were smoking weed & the entire floor smelled(this is listed as a smoke free hotel) they were extremely loud late into the night. Because the desk clerk was unhelpful at check in, we knocked on the guests door ourselves to ask them to quiet down, since we had to be up early the next day. They quieted down around 2am. Hampton Inns are usually consistent options, however due to the broken room furniture, dated amenities, poor service at check in, thin walls, etc I would not recommend choosing this location.

As a former Diamond member, I was amazed at the condition of this hotel. It was obviously runed down and need of corporate attention. This is the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. One elevator not working and the other extremely slow. One employee said that there is always one not working. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Areyou trying to match Motel 6 ?

I wish they have less salt in their breakfast. I wish they included plain yogurt with their flavored yogurt. Like scrambled eggs with bacon and use extra virgin oil or coconut oil. Wish more discounts for health workers like 75 dollars per night. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay.
