There was no remote for the tv, there was bugs in the rooms, the room was total dirty, sheets on the bed was dirty. It was bad. The manager said they are giving me my money back for one nite, 89.00 but I’m still not happy.

When I arrived, my reserved room was not available and they claimed to call me but I didn't receive a call. Then, no towels in the dirty room, filthy porch and entry and room smelled bad. Then the noise was crazy unbelievable above me for hours beginning at 9pm-first general loud noise then extremely loud music. I tried calling the front desk 5 times but it just went to voicemail. Then huge roaches crawling on the walls and it was evident they lived there and I didn't belong. I killed one of them with my shoe after multiple attempts but the other was very persistent and savvy in his home. I packed up, showered and left at 3:15 after the large roach won. Awful experience-no sleep and Waste of money.

Worst service I have ever received in a rental property. We had 2 rooms. One room had a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom and the other had blood stains on the duvet. When I reported the problems the staff did nothing. The response was to offer me an e-mail address to contact a manager. The next day there was no room service. When I walked up to the desk and asked for clean towels the young man at the desk made me walk back to the room and bring him the towels from the day before. I would sleep in my car before I would stay here again.

I liked that the rooms are large enough to accommodate all my kids in one room. I didn't like that We didn't receive housekeeping and the pool wasn't going to be open for another week longer
