Property was really nice. Was disappointed that Hilton cancelled my reservation because I didn’t arrive by 6pm. After reviewing my order thru Travelocity showing them it said check in was from 4p to midnight and only recommended calling if we would arrive after 11p. After waiting for the clerk to speak to her manager they decided to reinstate my reservation :/

4 out of 6 elevators were out of order. The faucet in my room was leaking from underneath the handle fixture. Dusty in different parts of the room. Parking is $40 a night. It used to be $25. Last time staying here for sure.

Saving grace when snowed in

I was stuck in Atlanta during a snowstorm and so glad I chose the Hilton to stay while waiting to fly back out. There is a restaurant and a little cafe area on site which was a lifesaver since DoorDash was not operating at that time. Definitely would stay again if I end up back in Atlanta.
