It was clean and pleasing. However we were not told that there was no onsite parking and that the valet parking was an additional $32.00. The attendant pointed out somewhat snuggly, (it was raining at the time and we are elderly, and my husband is legally blind and was still on anesthesia from eye surgery two hours before), that we could always park in a commercial lot ourselves and walk back to the hotel. We were told that due to COVID that breakfast would not be served but that there would be some breakfast materials provided the next morning. When morning came the attendant told us there were no breakfast materials available. We thanked him and left. Our overall experience was not impressive.

We apologize that you were not informed about the only parking option for the hotel is valet which is a flat rate $32 and due to COVID the restaurant, bar, and shuttle services are still temporarily discontinued until further notice. We are hoping to implement a grab n go program soon.

Wrong room: we reserved a double Queen and they put us in a king. Loud AC unit. Cup lids for the coffee cups did’t fit. No bulb in the desk lamp.
