The lobby was updated, beds were comfortable, but the rooms needed a little love, you could tell it was an older place.They forgot about bringing our room some towels when we checked in. Location was good; lots of restaurants and places to explore within walking distance. The downfall is that there are a lot of panhandlers throughout the city. There is a park 1/2 block where a lot were hanging out, but that is no fault of the hotel.

Nothing worked. Keurig was broken, safe not working, room phone was broken and as I told the staff they didn’t seem to care.

This was one if the worst rooms I've stayed in. There was short hairs and dried urine on the toilet seat. The vanity light was unscrewed half way. When i screwed it back in, it started to flicker like a strobe light. I swapped it with a bulb from a lamp i wasnt using. Since it was unscrewed, someone knew about. There was a gross stain on the wall next to the bed. The fan in the bathroom squealed if left on for more than a few minutes. The main desk was missing a big chunk of veneer right in the middle. The keurig coffee maker was crusted shut. When i got it open, there was an old pod left in it from who knows how long ago.

Old beat-up place. Staff was nice. But will never ever stay there again. I didn't leave right away because it was one night and my family was not with me. I will not let my family stay there for a minute

Not a good stay! Reservation was made from 18th, and que arrived at 06h00, check inn hour is 15h00, Travelocity should have the option of reserving starting the previous night when early arrivals, and the hotel didn't have anyone to help, que asked to pay for another night or early check inn but se didn't have answers till 11h00 Stayed 4 nights and they never cleaned the room, ir change towells room was very dirty They we're making renovations, so every thing was loud , dust, etc
