Like other Moxy hotels, the vibe and decor is a lot of fun. The room is stylish and affordable. And the location convenient. But the service this time was terrible. Not one single food and drink order at the rooftop pool was processed correctly. The server seemed inexperienced and not very customer friendly. Also, the housekeeping staff played their own music in the morning as they cleaned the room nextdoor, waking us up.
