Close to Truist Park
Townhouse was nice and very convenient for going over to Braves games. However, the description of 3 bathrooms is very misleading. There is a half bath downstairs and a Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs. (2 sinks, 2 toilets, and 1 tub/shower combo that separates the sinks/toilets) This is not even a 2 bathroom in my opinion. You should have 2 tubs to qualify as 2. The description says sleeps 5, however, the 5th person would have to sleep on the couch which does NOT pull out to a bed. The other issue we had is with the AC having SEVERAL programmed settings which turned the AC up anywhere from 78 to 84. The sofa is the only place to sit in the living room so having 4 to 5 people could be an issue. Only one bedroom has a TV, which is not a problem, just be aware if you like to lay down at night and watch TV.

Went to see a few baseball games. Perfect location. Maybe a 10 min walk?? There are lots of units in the complex, but we were given great directions. Nice, quiet, clean place. Exactly what we were looking for. Thx!!!

Great Location!
This place is the perfect location if you are coming for. Braves game! Easy walk to The Battery with quick access via gate. Any of the previously mentioned bug issues seems to be resolved as we didn’t see anything all weekend. Solid communication from host, quick to answer any questions. We’ll strongly consider again for our next Braves weekend. 2 things to note. 1) There is only 1 tub in the apartment (there are 3 toilets/sinks) 2) The front door automatically locks when closed (good safety feature), so be sure to have key with you anytime you walk out.

Braves
We love staying in this complex becauae it being gated feels more safe and it's walking distance to the Battery/ Atlanta Braves games. The housekeeper hadnt put any towels in the bathroom but we found them easily in the dryer. There was no shampoo/ conditioner/soap stocked but i had packed some travel size ones just in case. The owner responded quickly and was helpful. We will be back.

Great Location... But Has Roaches:(
The Pros: This property has an excellent location right next to Truist Park. It is just a 5-minute walk away using the gate on the edge of the property. The host was responsive to all of my questions prior to our trip. The Cons: Roaches!! My son found a roach on his pillow when he woke up in the morning. With a quick look around, we found five more roaches within minutes (both alive and dead). We packed up and left immediately. This is the main reason for the one-star rating. Also, I was very up front with the host that we would be arriving early to attend a baseball game and was told that I could park in the community lot prior to check in. However, we never received any check-in details prior to our arrival so we had no idea where to park, as the community for this townhome is quite large. After failed attempts to reach the host, we tried to obtain information from the address shown with this vrbo listing, which turns out to be the leasing office for the community. The woman there told us that if we parked in any of the lots without being registered, we would be towed, so we ended up paying extra for off-site parking. In the end, I don't believe this to be true, but at the time, we didn't know. Better communication would have prevented us from having to spend more to park. And I was later lectured by the host for speaking to the office to try to get info she neglected to provide in a timely manner, which I didn't appreciate.

Short walk to the Park
This was a great alternative to hotel rooms for two couples attending a Braves home game. My only complaint is that checkin instructions should be provided earlier. For my stay, the instructions came the morning of check-in. I like to plan a little more ahead of time for my own peace of mind. 48 hours in advance would have been better. Otherwise, we had no issues and would definitely stay there again.

It was ok. Smaller and less comfortable than expected. Had a pest control froend with me and he found roaches in the kitchen begind the fridge and on a drawer. If all you're doing is sleeping, it'll be fine.
