The fact that the system was down the whole time we were there and they could barely keep up with the amount of guests that they had, the dining area isn’t big enough for even half of the guests to sit down and eat and then the tub in our room was dirty!! We didn’t even want to use the tub period!

Thanks for sharing your concerns . We were sold out the night before and also had a large amount of early check ins. This coupled with the system being down caused a short coming on our part which we do apologize for. We hope you give us another chance in the future.

That they had free shuttle to and from the hotel every 30 min, they have a restaurant inside the hotel and have a computer room I was able to do my homework while on vacation wld definetly book again

people up and down hall, loud, shouting to each other. Could hardly sleep. Should of just slept at airport. Heard distant sound of low battery in a smoking alarm, not in our room. First room assigned toilet running loudly. Waiited over an hour for shuttle at airport to take us to hotel. Ice machine on different floor. No frig in room or microwave. Staff at desk were very nice.

The area close to stores and resturants the lobby was very inviting the breakfast was okay i think it could have been a lil better if they would have had more choices of breakfast foods

It was close to everything needed at the moment... didn’t like waiting extra time to check in.. and that the 40$ fee not mention in information before hand cause they never sent it back

It was 4 of us that checked in. We asked for extra towels and was told they couldn't give out extra towels. There was only 2 that was provided in the bathroom, also notice the roll of toilet tissue was low and ask if we can get an extra roll of tissue and was told by the front desk they dont give out extra tissue because they have to watch their budget, only what housekeeper puts in room when they clean. The first night we checked in internet was not working, no cable and no hot water. Front desk mention maintenance person was coming to the room to fix it and never showed. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anybody. Awful experience, awful customer service. Do NOT waste your time and money at this place.
