This property especially our room was disgusting. I have pictures of URINE stains around the toilet, the drain the tub was missing it was a metal rusted hole in the dirty tub. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom it was painted shut. Thw entire hotel smelled of pot no matter where you went. It states a smoke free home. Upo. Checkin the staff member told me my credit card was declined. I said booked through Travelocity ,the room has been paid for. He then shows me the screen with the last 3 digits of Travelocity 's CC# i told him it was theirs. That miracle was paid for by Travelocity and I was not paying anymore money. Then he said oh yeah Travelocity's credit card keeps declining all day. How ironic it went through when I told him I would not pay any more money.

Not a great experience overall. My partner and I and 3 of our friends all booked here for the same time frame so I got perspective on 2 different rooms. Both rooms were quite dirty and smelled a bit funny. One of my beds had dirty blankets. Only 2 lights in the room actually worked out of the 4. The TV wasn’t connected to the internet and was complicated to connect to Wi-Fi. The sink drained really slowly the first day then had a leak develop on Friday. Water began leaking all over the bathroom floor between Friday and Saturday. I reported the leak on Friday but the hotel didn’t have any maintenance or house keeping staff to help. They did offer a new room, which we declined because I didn’t want to go through the stress of getting a different room. On Saturday the bathroom flooded from the sink leak. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else to stay for the last night. The hotel did a partial refund for the days we didn’t stay but said the only way we’d get a refund is if we left right away. My friends’ room was pretty bad also. They’re blankets were cleaner but not great. The floors and walls were all pretty nasty like ours. All their light fixtures worked. They had a leak coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. They chose to stay for the whole visit unlike us. Both our sinks and showers had really low water pressure and the water did not stay warm for long. The area and exterior of the property aren’t bad but it was not worth staying there in my opinion.

The photo was miss leading. The room was hot and the parking lot dirty. I was afraid to stay and in out checking out the same night within hours.

We were in town for a cheer convention and this was a great price and convenient! Room was clean, breakfast had different potions, wifi always worked and parking was free. Would have much rather stayed there 3 nights than the "fancier" hotel in downtown Atlanta we stayed at on day #3. We'll be back for sure!

The property was clean and updated. Staff was courteous, check in was simple and quick. Only thing that was not great was the fact that the second floor hallway smelled like marijuana when we checked in (about 10 pm) but was clear the next morning. The room did not smell like that though so it was fine. The room was clean, everything worked. Only thing in the room that was off at all was that the bathroom floor could have been swept a little better and there was some trash in the tub. Not like it wasn't cleaned but more like it had been cleaned after the previous guest but it had been a few days since the room had been occupied and stuff had settled. If I had been going to use the tub I would have rinsed it out and it would have been fine. Over all good stay. Third time in the last couple years that I have started at a Red Roof and all three times have been great. I will continue to book with Red Roof.
