The bathtub is the best ever. Strong hot water and very comfortable design. The towels are super soft. I was not pleased with receiving yet one more email asking me to take time to pre-check in when I had to go through the exact same process as usual when I arrived. I always assumed that the pre-check in would take the credit card number for incodentals and then provide an electronic key. It was nothing but a waste of time.

Everything was fine, but I had a slip and fall coming out of the shower. I hit my head and tail bone in a lot of pain at the the urgent care now in NY/Long island.

The property reeks of criminal activity. People are allowed to come and “hang out” at the hotel and even use the pool. We felt very uncomfortable there and unsafe. It seems as though the staff is involved with the unregistered guests because it wasn’t addressed. When we stepped off of the elevators to check out, we were greeted with police officers in the lobby and parking lot. We didn’t receive communication on what happened from the hotel. The hotel is going down rapidly.
