The male front desk staff with an accent was very rude. The rooms we stayed (including the two rooms we switched out of because of the smoking smell and toilet not flushing) smelled funny and old. We could not sleep in the morning because of the loud music. Found two bugs on the ceiling on the first night and body hair on the dishes. The breakfast did not taste good either. Never staying at Sonesta again.

Had a wonderful experience during our stay at Sonesta ES Suites , the breakfast was phenomenal as well as the staff. I definetly will book again when i go back to Atlanta. The drive from Atlanta downtown and attractions only 20-25 away, but definetly worth the extra drive if you want to stay in a great Hotel and not spend a fortune doing so.
