There must be a light bulb shortage? We were missing 4 working lights and the one that was working one day was missing a bulb the next.Once informed, the maintenance guy was very nice and wanted to please us. We also got locked out of our room but they figured out why. Don’t touch the old locking system on the inside. They don’t tell you that. It’s electrical and plays with the keycard reader. Also, don’t eat at the restaurant if you are in a hurry. It took over an hour to get food. Food was just okay. Very short staffed. They had a handy breakfast bag due to Covid and the Starbucks coffee was always good. Loved the shuttle bus to Americas Mart. Super nice folks.

The common areas away from the lobby are very old and need to be updated. The lobby looks modern and has been updated but the hallways and areas by the elevators is not. Also wal in shower was updated to add dispensers but the work was poorly done. It was uneven, chipped, cracked and crooked.

I did not like ANYTHING about the property. The pictures online are very misleading. There were roaches in my room. The door handle on the bedroom door fell off. My husband had to put it back on so we could exit the room. I booked for 2nights but after the first night we checked out as early as possible. We would have never checked in in but we had nowhere else to go
