Enjoy being nestled in the tall trees on this 1 acre property, and walking to Decatur's pubs, cafes, and restaurants in the evenings.

Decatur is the historic "village" neighborhood of Atlanta, with some of the best restaurants and shops in the city. A short drive to Emory University, Agnes Scott College, not to mention Atlanta attractions like the MLK Jr. Center, the Atlanta Zoo, Georgia Acquarium, and Ponce City Market, Decatur truly has it all. Visit the oldest cemetery in Atlanta and stop by markers from the 1700s, or take a leafy walk down to nationally celebrated restaurants like Kimball House, you won't be disappointed with this village experience within the big city.

Downtown Decatur is very walkable from the house. Marta is not far and Uber and Lyft are also very active in this neighborhood.
Hot Tub Rules: 1. please rinse off all bronzer, lotion and oils before getting into the hot tub. 2. No sexual activity in the hot tub. A $75 water change fee will apply if this happens and makes the water murky.
