I felt it was a normal, average hotel. I did not feel it was anything special or over the top. I basically slept there and did not do much else though.

Security should be a priority, our truck was stolen from the parking lot. Carpeting needs to be replaced, very dirty.

To begin with, the front desk staff at time of check in had an unwelcoming attitude. No greeting or pleasantries. Very curt behavior. We were there 3 nights and didn't not get any maid service (She came in one time and made up one of the two beds and took the towels.That's All!! Never returned to complete task). I had to ask for clean towels and soap. Also, there were 2 guests and only 2 clothes hangers 😞👎. When I requested 4 additional hangers, initially I was told that only 2 hangers were allocated per room. When I protested the nonsensical reasoning, an employee was sent on a "scavenger hunt" to retrieve the 4 hangers. The food vendor's food was disappointing. The hotel was extremely noisy due to it's proximity to the interstate and other busy streets/roads 👎👎

I asked if the rooms were handicapped accessible. The HC rooms were not close to the elevator, they were at the end of a long hallway. I took a regular room close to the elevator and the bath room was very small.

The room we stayed at the first night had roaches, complained about the next day so they moved us into another room even that had a very old furniture inside. It looked very run down inside. bed was okay though.
