I like the convenience of the hotel close to the board walk and the quiet nest of the area. Hotel need to update and need room service no one come to clean up your room and bathroom or even change your towels.

This motel shouldn’t even been opened for business let alone advertise on Travelocity. As we walked into the lobby my children said it gives scary movie vibes…but we gave it the benefit of the doubt that the room may be better.. we get in the elevator and it moves slow..we get off the elevator and the hallway was dark and smelled like smoke/mildew and the rug was filthy. We get in the room and it’s the same. 2 mins in the room and my daughter got stuck in the bathroom because the door knob was broken. We left immediately and asked for a refund and was denied and told to contact Travelocity… we called the cops and they told us the same thing. Waiting to see if I’m going to get a refund. This nightmare ruined our family vacation because we had cut it short due to not having a place to stay and went home early. They need to be shut down!!!! Or taken off this site!

The room was dirty, we found a sock from a prior visitor under our bed. There were stains on the rugs and bedding, burn holes in the comforter. The pill cases were majorly wrinkled. The smoke detector in the hallway was hanging off of the ceiling.

Horrible experience. Two days inn with blocks of each other. Both named same. Booked the wrong one. Spoke to management and he said "happens all the time". Would not transfer to other location. Refused to stay there. It was horrible. Looked like I was going to get mugged. Smelled like marijuana.

literally saw cockroaches running in the hallways - smells like old moldy socks and management/customer service is non existent ... on top of all of this my key card didn't work, they gave me 2 and neither one opened the room which wasn't a problem considering the roach issue - had to fight management for a refund they were rude and completely unapologetic and inconsiderate toward the situation .: it was a Saturday night so most of the casinos on the boardwalk were sold out which is why we even considered this hole in the first place

Bare minimum accommodations if you need a quick place to lay your head it is ok but wont be my 1st choice next time.
