One of the cleanest, cutest places we’ve ever stayed. The location was amazing. Close to great boardwalk activities, local restaurants and quaint shops in Asbury. Very attentive staff and the outside deck was a wonderful place to wind down and mingle with other guests in the evening. Lovely ocean view and great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

The manager was very helpful, especially with parking, the room was clean. There is not a kitchen, but there is a microwave and small refrigerator. The only other downside is no elevator and the stairs are uneven so can be a tripping hazard for some. Great location and we enjoyed our stay!

The room was clean and right on the beach. But, there is no pool and minimal parking, parking is also very tight. I only stayed one night and I was told by the owner that I could park my car there the day I checked in but to move my car to street parking at 10pm as I would have to move my car by morning for new guests checking in. They advertise free parking so this was a big disappointment/inconvenience. You have to leave a $25 deposit for each beach tag, which you get back when you check out (I got 4 tags, $100 deposit) Upon checking out with a different person then the one that checked me in, they tried to only give me back $75, in fact the owner left a note in the envelop with my $100 bill I handed him the day before stating to only give me back $75. I had to argue to get my money back. I held up my end of the bargain, handing back all 4 tags. We won’t be staying here again.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice clean room and very close to beach and boardwalk. Also has a nice covered parking area.

Mom and Pop motel on the boardwalk.

Pros: Location, price, room cleanliness.
Cons: Parking was tight.
This was a very clean modest motel on the boardwalk at ocean city. Beds were very comfortable and the price was relatively reasonable for the location. Would definately go again.

I love this motel! It is old school Ocean City, it's a beach motel. I've seen it called retro, it fits. If your looking for a 5 Star, it's not here, but that's not really the groove of OC anyhow. It is the most reasonable place to get to stay on the boardwalk. And out of season, it's more than affordable for almost anyone! It's also just 1/2 a block from where all the businesses & fun start to your left (south end) and the alternative of getting farther away from the busy area, to say a less crowded boardwalk for biking or larger beaches at high tide, is to your right. The staff is extremely nice and go out of their way to help you with anything you need. Don't forget to tip your housekeepers! The only downfalls that are MUST's to know is that there's no elevator and the steps are kinda tiring And try to bring your SMALLEST vehicle. Parking spaces are extremely narrow! Get used to letting everyone & everything out before pulling in. AND just like all places in OC with parking on the 1st level.... BE AWARE of the cement posts when backing up!!!!! I see people hit them everywhere in town all the time! (My favorite thing is the smell of the water in the shower, if you've ever spent time at the shore you'll know what I mean -- it took me right back to all my childhood summers. It really is true OC!)

If you don't need all the fancy stuff..

Pros: Location, and also great having microwave and fridge in room. Table and chairs by the window were also appreciated for takeout food.
Cons: A bit of updating, e.g. painting of exterior, but it appeared that that was in the process of happening. Also could use a better ice maker.
Location: Right on the boardwalk, beach, mini golf, shopping.
We really enjoyed our stay here right before the start of the summer season. Paid a bit more for the ocean view room, but worth it - loved that we could watch the activity on the boardwalk right from our window. Although it could use a bit of updating, the location was excellent (right on the quiet end of the Boardwalk and beach) and the room was very clean. Small continental breakfast was always fresh, and the management was great to work with. Because it was still off season and Monday, appreciated that check out time was a bit more flexible than normal. Parking is a bit tight, but still convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Not worth the money

Pros: The location was fabulous as the hotel is on the boardwalk and has very convenient access to the beach.
Cons: The room's cleanliness could be a whole lot better.
Location: Since it's on the boardwalk, everything is within walking distance. The beach was clean and the boardwalk was newly redone so it was very nice.
The walls were dirty in the room. The promised ocean view was out a small window in the bathroom. The coating on bathroom window for privacy was wiped away so while in the bathroom, I could watch people on the boardwalk and guessed they could see me too. The bathtub had a horrific yellow ring all around it. The water pressure in the shower was little more than a light spray. The room was conveniently located at the "patio" but that was also a detriment as people talked all night and I could hear them.
