Room was very basic but clean. Charged us 3.00 per bottle of water in refrigerator. No type of shelf or anything in the shower. Did appreciate the nice make up mirror. Room was fine but super basic. Pool was nice and grounds were pretty.

Check your bill.. I was double charged. It’s near impossible to get someone on the phone- to assist with anything.

We loved the hotel. One drawback was that they are renovating the hotel & are in the process of changing the name. The sign by the road said Chateau Renault not Tuscany. So, we ended up passing it. The front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. We did have an incident with one employee that we didn't like. We'd like to thank Melissa & manager, Kevin, for making the situation right. We weren't asking for anything, just wanted them to be aware of the slight we received. It's a very nice hotel so we made sure to compliment everything else. Kevin took good care of us. The next morning, we encountered the employee & she was helpful & friendly. We didn't eat there so I can't comment on the food but the atmoshere was very nice. Rooms were clean & roomy. We were very happy with our stay. Thank you again, Kevin. You made an annoying situation for us much better.

A want to be five star resort.

Pros: The hotel restaurant was excellent and the food was not the usual that you would find. Breakfast, however, was not served at an early hour nor did you
Cons: Service and room amenities could be improved. A coffee maker in the room would be nice.
Although a nice Tuscan decor, there were many things in disrepair. Service from time of arrival was substandard for a place that calls itself a resort. Room decor and lack of amenities was disappointing as compared to photos on their website. No information about the hotel services was provided in the room. There was no room service. As far as good value for your money, this is not the place.

Great place to spend a night or two

We had a wonderful stay for one night. Great restaurant and the hotel was very good. My wife and I will go back again someday. Great place to be for a wine tasting not only at this winery but many others in the area.
