The good: location is great. The rooms were large, stocked, and clean with good upgrades. Most rooms have great views of the city and shore. The bad: The reception staff were fake, and misinformed us about many things. Getting to the property is hard to navigate and would be inaccessible to handicap persons. We were unable to book our own services, and the reception did not properly book our services so we did not fully enjoy our stay.

Beautiful hotel with excellent customer service!

Pros: Large rooms. Very clean. Great view of the water. Tasty fresh breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly. Close to a variety of restaurants and walking distance from Amalfi.
Cons: You must be in good physical health to stay here. There are approximately 83 steps to get to the front lobby. Definitely a workout!
Location: Excellent inexpensive restaurants within a stone's throw. 10 minutes walk to Amalfi where you can get transportation by sea or land to anywhere.

Romance in Amalfi

Pros: Location, Setting, Staff, and Decor
Location: Stroll to Amalfi and take the shuttle bus to Ravelo for the day.
Palazzo Ferraioli Hotel was thee most perfect spot to spend our anniversary weekend. This beautiful hotel is located in Atrani which is a 10 minute walk from Amalfi town. We chose this spot because we wanted to be away from the touristy areas. Atrani had everything we needed, store for snacks & drinks, charming restaurants, and of course the amazing views which are what make the Amalfi coast a magical destination. Our themed room had a mini fridge to store our wine & snacks. The staff at Palazzo was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay.
