Great hotel overall! Great facilities. However we asked for an early check in and when you call and talk to operators they have poor customer service and don’t seem to know what’s going on. When we checked out and tried to get our car the queue was ridiculous and we waited over 50 mins for our car to arrive from concierge. Would be nice to have more chairs and a hang space in the lobby.
