Great house with granny flat down stairs. A very modern place. Great location. Just a suggestion, the place could benefit from welcome folder with Instruction manuals for the appliances and were the outside bins are And collection days. house hold rules. We would stay again . Great for a family of 6

Good property, just not as fancy as depicted.
The property itself was alright, spacious and worth staying in. The only thing is it is not a modern residence as the description suggests. It is an old residence which is showing its age and has been somewhat renovated. It is definitely not a place I would call "high spec". It is not a stand alone house, but part of a complex of double storied residences. Having said that, it is still a good place which people would be happy to stay in and there is a large market for your property. I would suggest you update your description to make it more realistic so as to avoid disappointing your guests. It is working against what is otherwise a good property. Hope you find this helpful feedback.

Great house for six attending a wedding.
The house was warm and comfortable, with plenty of room for six people including two young children. The downstairs room was perfect for grandparents, with a new bathroom and a heatpump. Upstairs had a second bathroom and two toilets. Reena had provided toys, swings and trampoline, and the kitchen was packed with dishes and utensils to make our meals. Lovely big deck for playing and relaxing. We highly recommend this house for a good location and comfortable stay.

Spacey, clean and tidy with the mode cons.
Good space clean and tidy, there was a broken window down the bottom and the clinches were stained. But very comfortable
