Probably the worst experience I've had. Asked about 3-4 times just to take care of some rubbish. Barely made the bed and tossed us a garbage bag with utilities. No pool. Never got to eat at the dinner area cause it was always closed. Balcony was not a balcony. it was just an outdoor section covered in bird residue, with a lovely view of a flag. I would give one star but the hotel itself was quite clean.

We were very happy with the service and room until middle of the night we heard car burnout on the road right in front of the hotel and kept us up. That was not hotel’s problem but we couldn’t sleep and so we were very tired next morning.

Property was clean, 'spacious and convenient for walking around Auckland. The staff were very helpful. Also they allowed us to get into our room early in the morning.
