The hotel is good. However the location is poor as it’s located about 20 mins walk from Manukau Station. Public transportation is close by but it’s not easy to get to the CBD/Viaduct/Princes Wharf/Britomart area easily. You would need to take a bus then a train during the hour long trip. In addition, limited shopping and restaurants in the area.
