The staff let us keep our bags there until we left. They called a cab for us to get to the airport. There was no creamer for the coffee in the room and they didn’t refresh the coffee for our second day. Overall, it was clean and convenient to transportation.

The front desk and concierge staff were excellent at both check in and check out times. This is the reason I scored the stay good not average. The suite was clean however it felt unfurnished, which seemed strange. The breakfast meal was terrible. We had the breakfast buffet and the scrambled eggs were not edible tasted powered almost. The baked beans were watery and the sausages were very unappealing they just looked boiled. Was very disappointing.

A little bit mixed. Requested extra glasses and toilet paper - promised but never arrived. Arranged ourselves. Close walk to all the sights and eateries. Bags straight to room on arrival. Checkout fast. No Gold Membership treats. No newspaper. On balance OK, but.

The room was clean and comfortable. The coffee in the room was instant and terrible. The Wifi would not work so we used the Bar Wifi, 5 floors below us. Not very good. Overall, it was a comfortable place with friendly staff. I'd stay here again.
