The room was dirty. I killed 4 roaches. There was hair in the bed, holes in the wall. There is a reason it's so cheap. I put all my belongs in the car overnight, so I don't go home with creatures I didn't come with. AVOID.

The room was not very good. No coat hangers,glasses or TV guide Heater wouldn’t put out heat. We left a day early The room smelled

Terrible Experience Ever

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Hairs in the bathtub. The fridge and TV didn't work. The worst part was that the marquee sign said room for 39.99 and I paid 75.00. What a ripoff.

Terrible

Cons: unsanitary, didn't feel safe
Things started off badly. I used their restroom and both wall hanging soap dispensers were out, and their version of a replacement was a small, dirty, used bar on the sink. All 3 rooms smelled heavily some type of odor covering spray. Unfortunately, it couldn't cover the VERY strong mold/mildew smell. The sheets appeared clean, but the rest of the room felt damp and sticky. The A/C units had dust, debris, and food particles in the vents. One of the rooms had a chair beside the TV table that had a large hole in the upholstery. The laundry room had a leak in the ceiling by the light fixture, and a big puddle of water in the floor (this has to be hazardous in several ways) After debating, we decided that we could not stay in these conditions. When we asked the front desk for a refund, they refused! I was appalled and needless to say I will NEVER stay at a Country Hearth Inn.
