I reserved a king room and they gave me a queen. Property itself was adequate. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff was friendly. We were on ground floor and it was noisy in the parking lot until 3:00 A.M.

I have spoken with our front office supervisor who happen to be at the desk when our friendly front desk associate was checking you in, she did not feel like our front desk associate was "rude" at all. You did contact your booking party and request a refund which was granted and at that point you checked out of the hotel. We wish you safe travels! The first thing we noticed was a large stain on the tile in front of the toilet. The tub has some debris in it and the bottom part of the frame of the mirror was on the counter. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the refrigerator made a noise all night.

Hotel falsely advertised. Wouldn’t recommend

Was looking for a nice place close to vacation spot while traveling with small children. The photos of the site were falsely advertised. I paid for and executive suite that was specifically requested. We got two queen size beds and a regular tub. I was told one thing over the phone and another in person. I was to receive a suite with an adjoining rooms. Had to constantly asked to have fresh towels and linens because the staff was always gone by the time we got up. But there was one staff that checked on my family and myself on a daily basis. Her name was Anna Reese. She was very respectful and always respected my privacy.

Masters week

Pros: Location, breakfast and staff
Cons: The chirpy bird! That's not White Columns fault. It I think they could insulate a bit more around doors. Better weather strip
Location: Good location. I like the small town setting
Great location just off I-20. Very hospitable. Good TV. Great breakfast. Decent food closeby also. Pillows aren't great. AC is a bit noisy. Staff very attentive. There is a chirpy bird that starts in at 3am and if you're light sleeper it can keep you up if you're in the back building. Other than that it's a swell place at a really reasonable price. 30 min from Augusta National and a quick commute to the course. I'd stay there again.

Older hotel but relatively clean.

Pros: Unfortunately, the issues with the hotel left us with little to llike.
Cons: The attitude of the staff in dealing with guests (sorry we interupted a tv show). Having hot water for a shower would have been nice.
When booking for the stay, we asked to stay close together as we were a group attending a funeral. We were all dispersed which would have been fine if the hotel had been booked but it was very empty. The showers did not have hot water. Out of the two rooms booked, only one of the showers actually worked. On the checkout day, we requested a late checkout as we needed to get ready to attend the funeral. The option we were given was to book the room for another night as late checkout was not an option. The staff was very short and curt with responses. As we were doing a scatter drill to leave by 11:00, we realized that the room keys had been deactivated at 10:30. They would not reactivate them for us to get back into the rooms, we had to located the cleaning staff. Which was not hard to do as they were making surveilance walks looking into the rooms to see if we were out of the room. We chose this hotel because of its history in the town. Unfortunately, we will not make this decision again.
