Thanks for the great review. We appreciate your feedback. As far as the pricing, we do not have set prices. The attractions and events around the city dictates whether the prices go up or fall. We have passed your concern on to the correct department and they are working on getting new incentives in order for our guest.

The management & breakfast staff were very pleasant. The housekeeping was almost non-existent. Over the 4 day stay, our beds were made once. The one day that they made the beds, they never finished making the second bed. The dirty pillowcases that we removed on the first night were never collected by the housekeeping staff.

No toilet paper in my bathroom. Had to phone down to desk to request some. Later when I took a shower, the shower door kept rolling open about ten inches. Water got on floor. Not enough parking spaces.

The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The a/c unit was very noisey. I had to keep adjusting the volume on the TV. The breakfast was sufficient, although i didn't have time to sit down and eat. It worked out well, because all i wanted was a bagle and cream cheese. It was good!!

No hot water, no pool, parking lot not secure, shower dirty, coffee bar had opened packets and staff did not care at all when informed. Treated me like i was a burden at checkout. Do not stay here. I don't know why this property had a 4.5 rating.
